Vancouver, Canada?

With the amount of scenery shown during the Olympics, it was brought to my attention that I stayed in a suite overlooking Vancouver Harbor when I was little. It looked like this:

And apparently, said suite was in the Pan Pacific:

I remember very little about this vacation, however, three things stand out in my mind...

1. Vancouver Chinatown
2. Canadian coins with ducks, bears, and maple leaves on them.
3. I sat by the window in our suite for hours, announcing that I saw a whale in the water every 5 seconds. Despite numerous assurances from my family that whales most likely weren't that close inland, I still swear I saw a tail.
